- Medium: 6 - 8.5
- Large: 9 - 11.5
- X-Large: 12 - 14
Women's socks size guide:
Choose the same size sock as your UK foot size:
- Small: 3 - 5.5
- Medium: 6 - 8.5
However, if you have a particularly wide foot then you may wish to consider a Men's Medium which has a wider fit.
Also, if you have narrow foot and are on the borderline between two sizes then you may wish to consider going down a size.

The Men’s Trail 21 Single Layer Sock is designed for comfort, protection, and performance on every off-road run. Trail running challenges your feet with changing terrain and weather, so you need socks that keep them supported and dry throughout. Because these socks use a soft Merino wool blend, they help reduce friction without feeling bulky, even on long runs.
Moisture-Wicking Trail Socks
Merino wool naturally wicks away sweat to keep your feet cool and dry during tough runs. In addition, the fabric dries quickly after washing, helping maintain comfort between runs. The wool’s natural anti-bacterial properties keep feet feeling fresh, even on longer distances.
Padded Socks for Protection
As the terrain varies, the strategically placed padding provides comfort and impact protection at the toes and ball of the foot. Moreover, the padded heel extends to cover the Achilles tendon area — a common trouble spot for runners — for extra support and reduced irritation.
Ventilation and Comfort
Ventilation zones along the top of the foot allow constant airflow, which helps regulate temperature and prevent overheating. Furthermore, the completely flat toe seam prevents rubbing along the top of the toes, reducing the risk of blisters. Arch bracing offers a customised fit that prevents slippage during movement.
