一堂理論，兩堂實習，三堂體能
對象 : 對越野跑有興趣的中年人士
年齡 : 35歲或以上
1. 室內理論課
日期 : 2025年12月21日（星期日）
時間 : 上午 9:00 – 11:30
地點 : 旺角 Blue Mountain Sports
課程內容 : 越野跑基本知識及概念、安全知識、裝備簡介及選擇小貼士
2. 戶外實習課
日期 ：2025年 12月25日(公眾假期）
時間 : 上午9:00 – 11:30
地點 : 大埔公路鷹巢山自然教育徑
內容：越野跑上落山、斜路上落山、上落樓梯。等等。
3.戶外行山杖實習課
日期：2025年12月28日 (星期日）
時間：上午9:00-11:30
地點：金山路、石梨貝水塘
內容 : 行山杖知識、行山杖運用。
4-6體能恆常課(可自由選擇）
日期：12月14日開始 （每星期每選一個地方）
時間：晚上7:30 - 9:00
地點：跑馬地（星期一）
深水埗（星期二）
青衣運動場（星期四）
課程內容：針對上山肌力，核心，速度，耐力而加以訓練。並對落山的協調性，平衡恆，速度性進行技術練習。
課程費用：港幣$760（6堂）
參加名額：8-12人
